Decide what you want to print the quotation on.
You have three options:
- Plain paper
- Print on stationery
- Upload background stationery.
TIP!
When you want to send your quotations to your customers by email, it is advisable to select Upload background stationery (PDF) as the type of paper here.
On plain paper
Use Yuki to print your logo and company data directly. The logo that you have linked to your company profile (General tab) is used as logo.
Print on stationery
Yuki only prints the quotation block and the footer of the quotation. Yuki does not print a logo or a footer of the page.
Upload background stationery (PDF document)
If you are going to send quotations by e-mail, it is useful to link a PDF document of your stationery to the layout. You then print the quotation in that PDF document, as it were. This gives a better result than printing on plain paper.
You first create the quotation paper you want in a word processor such as MS Word or Pages. Here you then place your own logo, the address details and other typical quotation details such as CoC number, VAT number and bank account number. You then save this invoice paper as a PDF document.
You can then choose this PDF document as a file in the quotation layout setting and it will then be used as digital stationery.
