If you have decided to change your login name because the email address is no longer in use or accessible, this can always be changed by yourself if you are already logged into the portal.
Click on the user button on the right side of your screen and then click on Account settings.
The following screen is opened:
Behind Email address for login, click on Change.
The folowing screen is opened:
Here you can specify that the login name should be changed to a new login name. The current password should be entered along with the new email address you want to log in with.
Then click on the Save button to actually change the login name (email address) for the portal.
