The back office and the users of Yuki can communicate with each other through the Yuki PO Box in a domain.

A user with the 'Back office' role can view all questions assigned by Yuki from the portal and then handle them via the domain.

Each user can only view and handle his or her own questions and replies in the domain.

A user with the 'Management', 'External accountant' or 'Financial administration' role can view all questions of all users in the domain.

The back office and the users each have their own options to ask questions and to reply them:

  • question of user to back office
  • question of back office to user.

The user will receive an email on his or her login email address regarding the questions, replies and messages of the back office. This email contains a link to the message, question and/or reply.

Click on the Yuki PO Box icon in the navigation bar and then click on Questions in the now-opened screen.

The following screen is opened:

In this overview you can take a look at the open questions for yourself, the replies of users to your questions and questions that still have to be replied by the customer.

By clicking on the New button on top of the screen the back office and the user can both ask a general question ór a question about a specific document or transaction.

General question

When you want to ask a general question, click on the Yuki PO Box icon in the navigation bar and then click on the New button in the now-opened screen.

For a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain another screen will be opened then for a user with another role in the domain.

Question about specific document or transaction

From an opened document or a transaction you can ask a specific question. For this reason you have to click on the Ask a question to the user/back office/Yuki employee at the top of the screen.

For a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain another screen will be opened then for a user with another role in the domain.
