Calculate in numeric input field

It is possible to enter calculations in some numeric input fields. This field can be recognised by the 'sum icon' on the right-hand side of the input field.


ATTENTION!

Calculations are rounded to two decimal places by default.  Rounding is to the nearest even number, 3,465 is rounded to 3,46, 3,475 is rounded to 3,48.


Options

Below are the calculation options you can perform in input fields with the 'sum icon':

Round

You can also round results. By default, rounding is done to two decimal places, but Yuki also supports the following rounding methods:


Key combinationRounding method
Hold Ctrl + up arrowRound up to whole number.
Hold Ctrl + down arrowRound down to whole number.
Hold Ctrl + left arrowRounding to two decimal places using the so-called Bankers' rounding method.
Hold Ctrl + right arrowNormal rounding, e.g. 11.,45 becomes 11, 1150 becomes 12.


Bankers rounding method: an amount is rounded to the nearest EVEN number 3,465 becomes 3,46 and 3,475 becomes 3,48.
