How is customer data protected at Swan, and what measures are in place to ensure data privacy?

At Swan, we are committed to protecting your privacy rights in accordance with the GDPR regulation, which aims to harmonie the different data protection laws across all member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. Read our Privacy and Cookie Policy to learn more.

How secure is Swan’s data infrastructure?

Swan’s external infrastructure is protected by a Web Firewall provided by AWS, and the internal network can only be accessed through a VPN.

We regularly check the security level of our infrastructure and applications by conducting penetration tests and vulnerability scans. Any weaknesses or vulnerabilities identified are then addressed through our vulnerability management process until they are resolved.

Our security team actively monitors our infrastructure through a SIEM and investigates each alert, following our security incident management plan. Additionally, all our applications require strong two-factor authentication, and our user workstations are encrypted, thus protecting data in case of theft or loss of equipment.

We maintain an information system security policy and have implemented a comprehensive security awareness program for all staff.
