Set up login personalization for portal

Disclaimer

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

The Yuki login page is automatically shown with the Yuki logo and branding.

However, it is possible to personalize the login page in Yuki, so to speak, by replacing the Yuki logo and branding itself with your own office's logo and/or banner (on the right side of the page).

This functionality is only available for previously whitelabeled portals and new portals with a Portal Professional license.

TIP!

Don't forget to use the URL of the personalized login page when your customers log into Yuki through your own website, for example.

For now, the personalized login page is only available to your customers when logging directly into one of the domains in the portal. This means that the personalized login page is not shown when a client logs in via www.yukiworks.nl.

Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can personalize the login page. 

A user with the role 'Portal back office' role does not have access to login personalization.

In the accountant portal, click on the Settings icon at the top right of your screen. 

Then click on Login personalization in the now-opened screen.

The following screen is opened:

You can personalize the login page by adding your logo and/or your banner.

You can see the result of the personalization by clicking on your personal login URL.

Add logo

The file containing the logo must meet the following conditions:

• the file format is JPG or PDF
• the file size is maximum 2 MB
• the minimum height of the logo is 120px.

Click on the Choose image button and then find and open the JPG or PNG file that contains your logo.

The uploaded logo is shown directly in the screen.

Add banner

The file containing the banner must meet the following conditions:

• the file format is JPG or PDF
• the file size is maximum 2 MB
• the minimum size requirements: 1440px width and 1920px height (3:4 ratio).

Click on the Choose image button and then find and open the JPG or PNG file that contains your banner.

The uploaded banner will be shown directly in the screen.

ATTENTION!

A message will appear on your screen if the height or width of your banner does not meet the minimum dimensions.
