Where can I find the API key and Administration ID in Yuki?

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.


Only a user with the role 'Portal administrator' role can set (access) rights to web services in the portal by means of the web service API key.


Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Management' role can set the (access) rights to web services in the domain and/or administration(s) by means of the web service API key

The (access) rights to web services in a domain or administration are leading and 'overrule' the (access) rights to web services as set at portal level.


API key in the portal

In the accountant  portal, click on the Settings icon at the top right of your screen. 



Then, in the now-opened screen, click on Web services.


The following screen is opened:



In the now-opened screen you see all generated web service API keys at the portal level. In the Rights column you can see the currently granted access rights to one or more web services.


API key and administration ID in domain

You can view the API key and administration ID in different places in Yuki:

  • In the navigation bar, click on the Settings icon and then in the now-opened screen click on Web services
  • Hover your mouse over the Start icon in the navigation bar, click on the My domain tile and then click on the administration name. In the now-opened screen, click on Web services.


    In the now-opened screen, you will see all generated Web service API keys and administration ID(s) at the domain and/or administration level.


  • The Rights column shows the currently granted access rights to one or more Web services.
