Using the Quality tile in the back office portal, the back office can view an overview of the scores of all administrations checked by the quality monitor.
Only a user with a 'Back Office' role in the domain can view the quality monitor.
Yuki constantly monitors whether certain parts of the administration(s) in a domain are complete and correctly processed. The quality of these components is measured on the basis of a number of checks that are performed automatically every night. All checks are performed from the date a financial year is closed in an administration to the last day of the previous month. The score of these checks is displayed as a total grade for the entire domain in the quality monitor.
You can open the quality monitor from different places in Yuki:
- Hover your mouse over the Back office icon in the navigation bar and then click on Quality Monitor.
- Hover your mouse over the Back office icon and then click under Companies on the current quality check grade for the relevant administration (if a quality check has already been recorded).
You can also directly add a note on the current status of the administration's quality by clicking on the button that opens the basic applications in the top right of the screen. Subsequently, in the now-opened menu, click on Open report.
In addition, in the home screen of a domain, the current grade for quality and the notes recorded at the last check can be viewed per company (administration).
Click on this current grade to immediately see the details of the quality check of the respective company (administration).
In each administration, the quality of the following components is measured through the checks:
- Human Resources
To improve the quality of the administration, open the details of a particular component by double-clicking on its name and ensure that the necessary additions and/or corrections are made. All components will be discussed in detail in separate articles.
You can view an overview of all checks already performed in the administration by clicking on the Company checks button.

This graph shows the progression of the quality monitor score. By moving your mouse over the graph, you can view the quality monitor score in more detail. Below it, you can see a list of all the monthly checks performed in the administration. By clicking on a score, you can view a specific check in more detail.
To add a report on a new check of the administration, click on the Open report button at the top left of your screen. In the screen below, describe the current status of the quality of the administration.
This screen remains open during the time you are working in this domain. You can therefore view all components of the quality monitor and add and/or change them if necessary. During monitoring, you can save your notes in between by clicking on the Save button. Below each note, you can add a so-called timestamp to each text if you wish.
When the check of the administration is complete, click on the Publish button. The check is now shown in the domain's home screen and added to the list of monthly checks.
The 'notes' of a check (not 'published') can always be reopened and completed or modified by clicking on the Open Report button.
