Export data and documents from your domain in Yuki

Yuki's service is aimed at keeping all documents and data online in the Yuki environment and making them easily accessible. However, it can sometimes be useful to retrieve certain data or documents from the Yuki environment. You do this by exporting files. In Yuki you can use a number of export options in your administration.

Administration

Export addresses (from Contacts (CRM))
Export financial transactions (from Financials)
Export documents (from Archive)
Export statements (from Bank).

You can also export or download a number of overviews from an administration. These are listed by functionality/feature at the bottom of this article.

Export options administration

Export addresses (from Contacts (CRM))
The main purpose of exporting addresses from Yuki is to then import them back into another place so that the contacts are available there too. Think of Microsoft Outlook, smartphones, organisers, PDAs and other yuki domains. It is not possible to synchronise addresses with Yuki.
Export financial transactions (from Financials)
To get an overview of the financial transactions per general ledger card, it is possible to export them. This is usually done at the end of a financial year so that you have a complete annual statement at your disposal. This statement can be printed or audited by the accountant if necessary.
Export documents (from Archive)
You can choose to export all or part of the documents from your archive to your hard disk upon termination of the contract or to keep your own backup. This way you can open it directly from your own computer, instead of from the Yuki environment. To export (part of) the archive, Yuki will create a ZIP file containing all documents selected by you. Because in many cases this concerns a large file, this export cannot take place immediately. The ZIP file is created behind the scenes by Yuki and stored temporarily. As soon as this file has been created (always within 24 hours) you will receive an e-mail containing a link to this file to be able to download it immediately. Take into account a long download time (depending on the internet speed), especially when it concerns a large archive.
Export ofstatements (from Bank)
You can choose to export all transactions from your cash statements, bank statements, credit cards and electronic statements in one go.

Listed below for each functionality/feature are the overviews you can download or export.

In every screen where you can download overviews or data, you will find the Export as..., Download or Download as CSV button at the top right of the relevant screen.
