The back office and users of Yuki can communicate with each other through the PO Box in a domain. 


A user with a 'Back office' role can check all questions assigned by Yuki from the portal and handle them accordingly in the domain.


Each user can only check and handle his or her own questions and answers in the domain.

Users with the 'Management', External accountant' or 'Financial administration' role can monitor all questions of all users in the domain.

The back office and the users each have their own possibilities to ask questions and answer them:

  • question of user to back office

  • question of back office to user.


As soon as the back office asks a question or sends an answer or a message the user will receive an email on his or her own login email address containing a link to the question, answer and/or message.


Click the PO Box icon on the navigation bar and next click Questions in the screen now opened.

In this overview the outstanding questions for yourself, the answers of Yuki (back office) and the outstanding questions (pending) for Yuki (back office) are shown. 

By clicking the New button the back office and the user can both ask a general question or a question about a specific document or transaction.


General question

When you want to ask a general question click the PO Box icon on the navigation bar and next click the Question button in the screen now opened. 



The screen that will be opened for an user with a 'Back office' role in the domain will be different from the screen opened for an user with another role in the domain. 


Question about specific document or transaction

From an opened document or a transaction you can ask a specific question. For this reason click the Question for user/Create question for back office button.
